Work and wellbeing should fit together–and businesses thrive when they do! That’s why our speaker provides personalized wellness coaching that helps employees manage stress, improve wellbeing, and boost performance and engagement.
Our speaker Danielle Dinkelman released a book in March 2021 entitled "If Diets Don’t Work, What Does?" This is the core of all she does! Debunk diet culture. Embrace effective habit change strategies. Empower doable, enjoyable changes in Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management and Mindset. Tinted with positive psychology, self-compassion and zest for life, this book is a powerful self-coaching tool anyone (especially the recovering yo-yo dieter) can use to slowly but surely improve their health & happiness.
Danielle Dinkelman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Advanced Corporate Wellness, LLC. Her current mission is bringing this message of the LIFESTYLE APPROACH to health to a wider audience by serving small and midsized business leaders and their teams. At Advanced Corporate Wellness, their team of wellness coaches work one on one with their clients to provide the support and guidance for adopting whatever healthy changes they are ready to work on. They meet each unique individual where they are at and help them take the next steps to thrive!
She is an entrepreneur at heart. A mother of four, a trained classical & jazz musician, and a newly obsessed boulderer & rock climber. She loves connecting with forward-thinking, big-hearted individuals who bring their whole selves to life and work.

SHRMA is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
