    Choose Your Own Adventure: Conflict Edition

    Step into the driver’s seat of conflict resolution in this engaging, high-energy session where you control the outcome! Through real-time decision-making, participants will navigate workplace challenges, peer disputes, and customer confrontations—choosing from multiple response options at key turning points.  Vote. React. Adapt. Your choices shape the story, leading to either successful de-escalation or unexpected twists that keep everyone on their toes and learning these important skills.

    Learning Objectives

    1.           Understand the principles of conflict resolution: Participants will learn the fundamental concepts and strategies for effectively resolving conflicts in the workplace.

    2.           Develop decision-making skills: Through real-time scenarios, participants will enhance their ability to make informed decisions during conflicts.

    3.           Improve communication techniques: The session will focus on improving participants' communication skills to handle disputes and confrontations effectively.

    4.           Adapt to different conflict situations: Participants will practice adapting their responses to various types of workplace challenges, peer disputes, and customer confrontations.
