SHRM Salem Presents: Generations at Work

Willamette University MBA candidates will present an engaging session on Multi Generations at Work. They will provide information on the varied values and communication styles of the different generations in our workplaces. We will explore how different generations perceive benefits, compensation, incentives, growth opportunities, feedback, and authority and discuss helpful strategies.
This meeting is free to attend. Please register so we can have a headcount for catering.
