About our speakers:
Kehinde Samuel Ikuyinminu is a first-year MBA student at Willamette University. He is from Nigeria and brings a blend of professional experience and passion to the HR field. He enjoys helping people be the best version of themselves and empowering individuals to reach their highest potential. Previously he worked as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist and gained experience in employee engagement and talent development. Outside of work he enjoys mentoring, exploring new ideas, and staying active in the community.
Bandile Masilela is a first-year MBA student at Willamette University. He is a graduate of The College of Idaho where he gained his BA in Business Administration. While an undergraduate, he gained experience with advertising, event planning and management, public relations, and financial management while serving as a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He is looking forward to expanding his knowledge and excited to begin working with the Cycle Oregon Project.
