    Jennifer Webster, Sr Director People & Operations, Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group

    Jennifer has worked in the HR field for over 30 years providing talent in the areas of leadership, coaching, culture development, HR operations, talent management, operations, and strategic planning. She currently works for Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group leading their People and Operation areas. She has also worked for Columbia Sportswear, Zoom+Care, SAIF, Sprint (now T-Mobile) and several other organizations leading their HR and People Divisions. She is a native Bostonian but has resided in Oregon for the past 30 years.
