Join our webinar to hear from Taryn as she recounts her personal story of resilience and leveraging her strengths. She launched her consulting firm in 2020 during the pandemic and during this period she experienced a lot of professional change. Just prior to COVID-19 she resigned her position as a Learning Program Manager to take on a new job opportunity. After making such a courageous leap of faith to begin this new position, the job suddenly ended with the start of the pandemic. Hear Taryn speak firsthand about the challenges and uncertainties she faced and draw from her strength and encouragement. After all it's not just about launching a new business, but redefining our strengths and launching ourselves and our careers forward.

Presenter: Taryn Johnson-Kline of Taryn M Consulting LLC

Taryn believes in inspiring organizations and people to live and work to their fullest potential. She has extensive experience leading teams and helping them to realize their capability by empowering them to succeed. She excels at identifying gaps in current existing work or team processes and utilize those gap opportunities to evolve them into organizational strengths.  

​She has more than twenty years' experience in the energy industry specializing in professional administrative roles, including Human Resources, Program Management, Distance Learning and Executive Support. 

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Her professional certifications include the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) as well as a certificate in Contract Management from the University of California-Irvine Extension Program.  She has completed countless hours of training that brings added value to her work which she loves to share with clients!
