SHRMA Presents: Taking the Fear out of Feedback
As HR leaders, a big part of our role is to help develop people and hold them accountable. Giving effective feedback helps us to hold others accountable to expected standards of performance, allows us to address problems on our teams, and help others to reach their full potential as individuals.
You will leave this workshop a proven and practical three-step framework that will help you and your managers deliver feedback more effectively. We’ll also discuss what’s hard about giving and receiving feedback in virtual workspaces.

Kirsten Meneghello, JD, PCC is a Leadership Coach & Consultant and owner of Illumination Coaching LLC. Her mission is to create understanding in the workplace through leadership and team development. She has proven leadership skills from over 20 years of nonprofit and corporate experience. Kirsten is an attorney, a member of SHRM, Portland HRMA, ATD, and serves on the board of the professional coaching chapter, ICF Oregon.
