    Learn how to get started with HR Analytics at your organization. We will explore definitions of HR Analytics, key decisions in starting your journey and options for where to begin. We will discuss barriers to success and how to overcome them. You will also learn how to build an effective dashboard of HR metrics.

    HR is key to the success of winning with data, from sourcing the necessary talent and applying analytics to HR functions to leading change management when adopting a data-driven mindset across the organization.

    Implementing the technology is the easy part. Getting your workforce to truly adopt data analytics across the organization can be harder. Ultimately HR is responsible for managing that transformational change. Learn how to help provide data your company can use for decision making.

    Presenter:  Mick Collins, Global Vice President, People Analytics & Qualtrics, SAP SuccessFactors

     

    Mick Collins is Global Vice President of Go-To-Market for the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics & Qualtrics products, driving global business strategy for each solution and supporting regional sales teams to grow pipeline and drive sustainable solution revenue. Specific responsibilities include crafting internal & external product communications, engaging with partners, owning product demo health, advising on solution roadmaps, incubating new products, supporting strategic deals, and maintaining executive relationships with long-term customers.

    Mick’s expertise is drawn primarily from 15 years of consulting and marketing in the HR analytics & planning domains. Mick has delivered hundreds of presentations and workshops to public- and private-sector organizations on how to build their capabilities for data-driven decision-making in HR.

    Mick has a Masters degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech and a BA (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Leeds, England.
