    SHRMA Presents:

Managing the People Side of Change

    Overview:

Prosci, leader of global change management research and best practices reports “the extent and quality of communication inside organizations is the single most important contributor to change management success”. When organizations choose not to focus on communication with its people, its change implementation strategies are frequently unsuccessful.

    Our presentation invites you to:

    • Reflect on and share your current perspective around change; and
    • Discuss Prosci’s ADKAR building blocks for the people side of change as it relates to more effectively facilitating it within your workplace.
