    SHRMA Presents:

Student Presentation: To Test or Not to Test? Medical Marijuana and What it Means for Your Company

    Overview:

Marijuana use has grown in popularity in recent years and is now commonly used for its many medicinal purposes. The vagueness regarding the legalization of marijuana use in the United States has made this a complex duty of care issue for employers and HR professionals. So how does medical marijuana use affect your company?

In this presentation we will discuss potential employer issues related to cannabis use, reasonable accommodations for medical marijuana, and the controversial opinions on cannabis drug testing.
