    Topic

"Employee Medical Issues:  What Supervisors Need to Know."

This is a portable training for HR Professionals – take the powerpoint and audio recording back to your workplace to assist you in doing presentations for your own supervisory staff.  This presentation is designed to give supervisors an overview of the ADA, OFLA/FMLA and injured worker discrimination laws to help supervisors spot issues and know when to get HR involved.   Make it "real" to supervisors - be able to share "what would you do?" scenarios from Oregon cases that made the news.
