    As the aging Boomer workforce approaches retirement, Generation X and Y are filling the void. Engaging the uniqueness in these new world thinkers is a critical point of communication that will either propel or drag down a companies’ ability to grow and succeed.

    In this engaging session, we will talk about the points of pain and related challenges in hiring, training, and retaining the younger workforce. We will brainstorm potential solutions and systems to implement into your organization.
