    Human Resources Senior Administrative Specialist


    The City of Eugene Human Resources Division is currently recruiting for a high level Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team.  This position will work with all members of the Human Resources team and will perform a variety of advanced administrative and technical duties in support of the Human Resources function.  Areas of support include but are not limited to assisting with a variety of daily administrative tasks, activities critical to supporting the HR staff's complex projects, and assisting internal and external customers in a way that reflects our commitment to excellence in customer service.

    Human Resource Analyst 3

    DCBS has an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to advance in their career in human resources. We have two open positions for our Senior Human Resource Analyst position. These positions assist managers and employees with a broad spectrum of human resources management and personnel administration services.  Duties include advising, coaching, guiding and assisting managers and employees with Federal and State personnel laws and policies, collective bargaining agreements, employee relations, classification and compensation, employee benefits administration, employee leaves, recruitment & selection, affirmative action, safety, training, and other HR management related issues.
