SHRMA Presents: Resilient Leadership in Times of Change-Coaching Managers to Lead with Purpose
- Tuesday, December 9, 2025
- 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Lunch will be provided for in person attendees.
Leading others through challenge by staying anchored in self-awareness and strengths.
Managers are the heartbeat of every organization, especially during times of change. Yet constant disruption, shifting priorities, and rising stress can erode confidence and connection. In this session, participants will learn how to coach and support managers to lead with clarity, calm, and purpose. By integrating emotional intelligence (EQ) and CliftonStrengths principles, we’ll explore how to transform stress into self-awareness, guide teams through uncertainty, and align individual strengths with a shared organizational vision, building leaders who inspire commitment to a greater good.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Equip managers with EQ and strengths-based strategies to navigate stress, change, and ambiguity with confidence.
- Model “whole-person” coaching practices that sustain engagement, trust, and performance under pressure.
- Strengthen alignment between personal purpose and organizational vision, creating resilient leaders who inspire others to do the same.
