Presentation:
Chris Morgan, an attorney at Barran Liebman LLP, works closely with employers to help them navigate the complexities of employment, benefits, and higher education law. Chris’ practice focuses on employment litigation, including non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, and the defense of wrongful termination and discrimination complaints. Chris also advises on Title XI and VII Compliance, as well as employee benefits programs including 401(k) and deferred compensation plans. He is a frequent speaker and author in a variety of media, including on-site employment trainings and legal compliance. Chris graduated, cum laude, from Washington State University and received his J.D., cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law.
