    Description:

In our ever-changing world, diversity is a reality. Inclusion, however, is an action. When we authentically embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, we create an environment of belonging for our employees and a workplace culture that boosts innovation, strengthens the organization, and positions us to better understand the needs of our customers. SAIF’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program just celebrated its 10-year anniversary. In this session we will share SAIF’s journey to create a DEI program that supports the enterprise strategy and measurable inclusive leadership competencies designed to embed inclusive practices, skills, and abilities into our work. We will provide examples of DEI initiatives that positively impact the employee and customer experiences, namely in how building cultural agility creates inclusive workplaces and empowers employees to provide extraordinary customer service. We hope to be a resource for progressing your DEI efforts to support your employees and customers.

    Presenter:

Jessica Jack is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner at SAIF.
