    So… how can we help our workplaces, our supervisors, and ourselves exist in a more enjoyable and engaged workplace?  We know people produce better results when they are happy; working in a fun, cooperative environment where they feel like they are part of something bigger themselves.

    Much like our workplaces, our SHRMA Chapter has been growing and changing too.  We thought we would take the opportunity to start the year off with ideas and techniques that we can use to get to know each other better as a professional organization but also share tools that you can use at work to strengthen your communication, interaction, sense of team and engagement.

    So join us for a highly interactive, exercise driven program where you will have a chance to learn some new exercises, icebreakers, and team activities that will:

    Encourage more fun at work;

    Help you kick off onboarding sessions and staff/department meetings;

    Reduce team negativity and inspire more positive communication

    Explain the concept of “success occurs one conversation at a time” and you will learn about and how to use the concept of “the conversation is the relationship”
