    “Fine Tuning Your Workplace Investigations”

Workplace investigations are a reality of HR life – harassment, discrimination, whistle blowing, employee theft, social media…oh my! Conducting a thorough and accurate investigation is often required by law, and it is an essential foundation for making the right employment decision. Investigations done poorly are a free-fall to continuing problems, allegations and potential liability.  However, investigations done well protect the company, address concerns and help organizational morale.   Getting to the truth without making costly mistakes is an art and a science.

In this presentation, you will receive tips and techniques to help you develop an investigation plan, assess the credibility of witnesses, and use effective documentation techniques and more.
